Major updates regarding the resourcing backend
Luamex has been replaced with a completely custom placement system. This one is much more performant and unlocks a lot of really neat abilities. Specifically, I have complete and total control over this one. The placements are better, it is written better and not hodgepodged together. There is an intelligent controller that will do it's best to keep you from stalling when your economy is garbage.
Placing mexes is now much easier. I have created a mex placement helper. What it does is when you try to place a mex, the moment you click the build menu item, it draws a yellow line to the nearest spot. This is similar to how it worked with luamex. BUT, when you click anywhere, it hijacks the click and places it on the spot that the yellow line was drawn to, but better than that, the command isn't cancelled, so you can click again and again and again. So you can basically speed place mexes.
